1. administratorem danych osobowych jest Pentel Poland Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą przy ul. Ziołowej 1, 86-031 w Osielsku (Spółka);

3. dane osobowe są przetwarzane w celu: 
4. współpracy w ramach działalności gospodarczej prowadzonej przez Spółkę - art. 6 ust. 1 pkt a) i b) RODO;
5. wypełniania obowiązków prawnych ciążących na Spółce - art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c) RODO;

dane osobowe nie są przedmiotem profilowania i nie będą przekazywane do państw trzecich

• ograniczenia przetwarzania danych osobowych;
• przeniesienia danych osobowych;
a także do: 
• wniesienia sprzeciwu co do przetwarzania Pani/Pana danych osobowych;
• wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego nad ochroną danych osobowych – Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych
Aby skorzystać z ww. praw osoba, której dane są przetwarzane powinna złożyć pisemny wniosek drogą mailową na adres: rodo@pentel.pl lub pocztową listem poleconym na adres: Pentel Poland Sp. z o.o. ul. Ziołowa 1, 86-031 Osielsko z dopiskiem RODO
10. dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez czas współpracy, do momentu zażądania ich usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, z zastrzeżeniem jednak ewentualnej konieczności przetwarzania ich przez dłuższy czas wymagany przez obowiązujące przepisy prawa;

Pentel Poland sp. z o.o. podejmuje wszelkie środki organizacyjne i techniczne w celu ochrony przetwarzanych danych osobowych przed ich przypadkowym lub celowym zniszczenie, nieuprawnionym ujawnieniem, wykorzystaniem lub dostępem.

Powyższa informacja stanowi wykonanie obowiązku wynikającego z RODO.

1. The Controller of personal data is Pentel Poland Sp. z o.o. with a registered office at ul. Ziołowa 1, 86-031 in Osielsko (Company).

3. Personal data are processed for the purpose of:
4. cooperation within the framework of business activities conducted by the Company – art. 6, par. 1, point (a) and (b) of GDPR;
5. carrying out legal obligations to which the Company is subject – art. 6, par. 1, point (c) of GDPR.
6. The recipients of personal data are:
7. the employees of Pentel Poland sp. z o.o. who are authorised to process the said data;
8. institutions authorised to process personal data in accordance with the applicable provisions. 

The personal data are not the subject of profiling and shall not be transferred to third countries.

9. The persons whose data are processed have the right:
•  of access, rectification and erasure of personal data;
• of restriction of processing of personal data;
• of transfer of personal data; 
as well as to:
• object to processing of their personal data;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data – President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

10. Personal data will be processed for the duration of cooperation until a request for erasure or restriction of processing is made, however, on the understanding that the data may have to be processed for a longer period of time required by applicable laws and regulations.

Pentel Poland sp. z o.o. takes all organisational and technical measures to protect the processed personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, unauthorised disclosure, use and access.

The above information constitutes the fulfilment of the obligation arising from GDPR.

All amendments made by us to the Privacy Policy shall be published by us at www.pentel.pl.
